MR. & MRS. ENDO

Endometriosis + boyfriend = ??????????

The two above do not always result in a happily ever after. It can be very difficult for a male to deal with our disease.

Not only is there ALOT of period talks. There are doctors appointments, gynaecologist appointments  woman’s health appointments, Physio appointments, nutrition appointments…..I could keep going but I myself am already over the word appointment.

The amount of times they hear us say “I can’t eat that it’s not gluten free” or “I don’t eat dairy”13410825_801275480002851_876862043_o

Your boyfriend loves to get it on in the bedroom? Well sadly for him that’s a no go!

He wants babies after the age of 30? He can kiss that goodbye! He’s going to be listening to us nagging for children before the age of 25!

Our mood swings are a joke ladies, even I get annoyed at how up and down I can get.

And on top of all of this, imagine getting up and down every fifteen minutes to heat our water bottles or wheat bags!

We are all the time thinking about how endo effects us yet we don’t take the time to think about our partners!

Mine is so calm and kind in the above situations and I am so beyond thankful as he really makes a difference although I often forget to say this too him!

Ladies!!! If you have a special man in your life, plese remember to let him know how thankful you are for all that he does!
