It’s hard for people to understand how or why I

A thing that annoys me, is people using the word “depressed” as a way to explain a period of their life where they feel a bit down. Come talk to me when you havnt brushed your teeth properly for the last month because you literally forget most days to do it because your self worth is so low from your mental illness that caring for yourself isn’t a priority. It’s more than being sad, it affects your life in weird little ways that you wouldn’t even imagine. It grows in every cracked part of your life and makes itself at home. (Your sadness is valued around here btw, fuck I get it being sad sucks. Ain’t here to diminish your experience I’m just saying, your not depressed. Also be careful what what u wish for by saying it🤔) (p.p.s not currently how I am, these are old experiences I went through xx)
